Materials Science and Engineering / Pioneering in the Fields of Materials Science

Text

Full knowledge of material properties and the development of new types of materials are indispensable for the advancement of modern technology because major breakthroughs in technological problems often depend on the availability of materials with the desired properties.

This department offers a wide range of advanced interdisciplinary courses from basic to applied problems which enable students to realize various problems to be solved in the development of materials needed for present and future technology.

Students also participate in the various research activities conducted in the department and share in the development and analysis of new types of materials.
